Down Home Chic offers the following Return Policy: We attempt to guarantee your 100% satisfaction. Upon delivery of your item please thoroughly inspect each piece for any unforeseen damages. We will ask that you sign off after your inspection. Since some of our items are custom ordered some shades of color may slightly vary. DHC prices and inventory are subject to change at anytime, please contact us if you have questions.

If your item was received to you and it is damaged or is not correct please contact us right away so we can instruct you as to how to handle your damaged/incorrect return. In most cases we will instruct you about your refund or replacement. In most cases we will ask that you send your damaged item or incorrect item back with the driver for your exchange or refund.

Cancellation Policy: Please e-mail us or contact us within 24 hours. Our orders go directly to the manufacturer/supplier within 30 minutes of receiving your internet order. A 5 PERCENT FEE will be charged for a cancellation order to recover fees related to the credit card transaction.

In some cases your item may need to be assembled, if you choose to have our delivery people assemble your item (s) there will be an additional assembly charge of $75.00.

Because some of the items are made to order, all custom pieces, art work and close out items are not returnable or refundable.

Smaller items may be subject to a 10% restocking and reprocessing fee. Larger items such as furniture, mirrors, lighting may be subject to a 25% or higher restocking fee in addition to shipping/pick up charges. NOTE: Since we are a non-stocking retailer we must abide by any restocking fees charged by our suppliers/manufacturers.

All shipping costs are at the customers expense and vary depending on location and weight of item or items. It is very important if you are outside Southern California that before you purchase your item to contact us at 949-637-8373 or email us at Info@downhomechic.com to get a quote on your shipping costs. Shipping costs are a separate invoice through our on-line store. A fuel surcharge maybe an additional cost as listed with some items. Please note* Freight delivery could take from 20-35 business days if the delivery is outside California, if your product is in stock. **If your product is NOT in stock it could take an additional 8-10 weeks.
